Angels and Dragonflies Children’s Charity is on a mission to provide basic necessities to children in foster care, grandparents raising grandchildren and local families in need. Based in East Stroudsburg, this organization provides a variety of programs to make sure that local children have items such as toiletries, beds and bedding, toys and more. They offer bags of love, a kids’ recycling program and toys for all children programs.
