Baby Jack’s Rescue is a feline trap-neuter-return (TNR) organization that serves the entire length of Interstate 81 in Pennsylvania. Their coverage area extends east to New Jersey and west roughly to Williamsport. This 501(c)(3) organization is very active in NEPA and the Wyoming Valley.
