The Junior League of Wilkes-Barre (JLWB) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing the potential of women and improving the lives of women and children throughout Luzerne County. For more than 85 years, JLWB has served as a catalyst for positive community change through volunteerism, training & civic leadership. By uniting women who are passionate about service and transformation, the League continues to build a stronger, more resilient region.

JLWB offers women meaningful opportunities to grow as civic leaders while making a direct impact on the communities they serve. Members receive leadership training, hands-on volunteer experience & community-based project involvement that equips them to become change-makers both within the League and in their broader professional and personal lives.
