The Wright Center for Community Health | Accessible Care & Healthy Futures in Scranton
The Wright Center for Community Health in Scranton, PA is a nonprofit network of community health centers serving Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties. The organization provides affordable, whole-person primary health services for all patients, regardless of insurance status, ZIP code, or ability to pay. With a strong focus on accessibility, the Wright Center integrates medical, dental, and behavioral health care to meet the diverse needs of individuals and families.
A Patient-Centered Model
As a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike, the Wright Center operates on a patient-first philosophy. Services include preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, chronic disease management, dental services, behavioral health, and recovery support. By coordinating care across specialties, the organization helps patients overcome barriers to treatment while lowering overall health care costs.
Training the Next Generation of Providers
In addition to direct care, the Wright Center partners with its affiliated Graduate Medical Education consortium to train future health professionals.
