We Are One Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit creating free, sensory‑friendly, inclusive events for autistic, neurodivergent, and disabled community members of all ages in NEPA and the Philadelphia area—building an inclusive world, one smile at a time. Each event is a welcoming place for families and groups to feel comfortable, supported, and connected.

We Are One Foundation, based in Northeastern PA, is a nonprofit organization that creates welcoming, sensory-friendly experiences for individuals with disabilities, autism and neurodivergence. Their mission focuses on inclusion, connection and joy for people of all ages. Each event is thoughtfully designed so participants can feel supported, celebrated and free to be themselves. Families and caregivers are encouraged to attend and enjoy stress-free community time together.
Sensory-Friendly Events for All Abilities
We Are One Foundation hosts free adaptive events across Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia region. These gatherings remove common barriers like cost, sensory overload and social pressure. Quiet spaces, visual supports and flexible environments help everyone participate comfortably. Every detail is centered on dignity and acceptance.
From holiday movie events to inclusive dances, karaoke mixers and arts and crafts sessions, the organization offers year-round opportunities for fun and friendship. Signature programs include sensory-friendly Chuck E. Cheese days, adaptive kickball games and seasonal celebrations. Each event brings hundreds of community members together in safe, uplifting spaces.

More than 40 volunteers and community partners help make these experiences possible. Fundraisers, sponsorships and donor support allow the foundation to expand programming and deepen its impact across NEPA. Their work continues to strengthen connections and promote belonging for families throughout the region.
