Grow your own miniature holiday forest at the 2 Small Ball Tree Pottery Workshop with Jo Pilston Pottery at the Back Mountain Makery in Dallas on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 6:00 PM. In this festive, hands-on class, participants will craft two charming 7-inch ball trees using rich dark hazelnut clay, learning fun techniques to create a natural, rustic texture.
Perfect for beginners, this workshop offers plenty of creativity and holiday cheer as you shape, smooth, and personalize your clay trees. After the session, Jo will take each piece to her studio for drying, firing, glazing in your chosen colors, and a final kiln firing. Finished trees will be ready for pickup in 3–4 weeks—just in time for the holidays.
The $80 workshop is non-refundable unless canceled by Jo Pilston Pottery or the Back Mountain Makery, but tickets may be transferred if needed. A minimum of eight participants is required, and space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
