The 6th Annual Prize Fishing Event takes place at 107 Susquehanna St. in White Haven on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10:30 AM–12:00 PM, hosted by the Greater White Haven Chamber of Commerce.
As the kick-off to a season-long prize fishing program, the Greater White Haven Chamber of Commerce will be placing tagged fish in the river for anglers to catch and redeem for prizes, with the event continuing through the fall.
At 10:30 AM, Mike Kirkpatrick from Camp Kresge will present an informative session on the basics of fishing, offering helpful tips for beginners and families. At 11:00 AM, fish stocking will take place in the river.
Families are encouraged to stop by the chamber tent so kids can sign up for exciting giveaways and pick up a goodie bag. Anyone who catches a tagged fish should visit White Haven Market to redeem their prize.
