In this 75-minute deep stretch class, participants will be utilizing a hammock to help them stretch, relax, and balance their bodies while improving flexibility. The class will include traditional, yin-inspired, and restorative poses performed in a fabric hammock that is dropped lower to the ground.

Class will conclude with an extended floating savasana.

This class is best suited for participants who are comfortable moving about an aerial hammock and are already familiar with wrist wraps and the basic invert. Since the practice will be taking place close to the ground, participants should have sufficient mobility to enter the hammocks by way of squatting.
