Hotel Anthracite in Carbondale will host the Annual Chili & Wing Cook Off on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This flavorful afternoon invites guests to sample unlimited chili and wing creations prepared by local restaurants.
Attendees will have the chance to vote for their favorites in the People’s Choice Awards, helping crown the area’s top chili and wing dishes. The event also features plenty of extras, including college football on the big screen, a silent auction with great items up for bid, and a 50/50 raffle.
Tickets are $30 per person and $15 for children 10 and under. Proceeds from the event benefit the Human Resources Foundation, making every bite and every vote part of a greater cause.
