Enjoy the vibrant fall foliage of the Pocono Mountains during Autumn Leaf Season with the Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway, running from Wednesday, October 1 through Sunday, November 16, 2025. These popular train rides depart from Jim Thorpe, PA, and offer a spectacular 45-minute journey through some of the region’s most stunning landscapes.
Each trip follows the full scenic route, allowing passengers to take in panoramic views of colorful fall leaves, mountain vistas, and winding river valleys. Comfortable seating options include Standard Coach, Crown Class Coach, and Open-Air Cars, ensuring every guest enjoys a perfect view of the season’s beauty. Tickets are $22 for adults and $9 for children ages 3–12 in Standard Coach, with slightly higher rates for Crown Class and Open-Air seating. Children age 2 and under ride free but must have a ticket.
Tickets are sold only in person at the Jim Thorpe ticket booth on the day of your trip, first-come, first-serve. The ticket booth opens at 9:00 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM on weekends. Groups of 10 or more may book weekday trips in advance.

Weekends (Nov. 1–16): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM hourly departures
