Join NBLT on Sun Feb. 9, 11 am-1 pm to prepare for February’s The Great Backyard Bird Count (GBBC). Learn about GBBC, eBird, and the Merlin app before participating in in-app tracking bird migration. Help the program leader keep track of birds spotted or keep track on your own, as you quietly walk through the Rimple Loop Trail, not to disturb any birds.

Wear warm outdoor gear and feel free to bring your binoculars to get a closer look at our local wildlife.

After the Great Backyard Bird Count, follow them back inside for information on their birdhouses, followed up by decorating your own bluebird house.
