Experience Mozart’s Requiem as never before in (Candle)LIT Mozart Requiem 360°, presented by the Northeastern Pennsylvania Philharmonic at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Wilkes-Barre on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 7:00 PM.
This deeply moving concert presents Mozart’s final masterpiece in a fully immersive, candlelit setting, creating a transformative atmosphere of light, sound, and emotion. The program also features the poignant Chorale for Strings by late Ukrainian composer Hanna Havrylets, offering a contemporary echo of grace and remembrance.
The performance is dedicated to the memory of John F. Magagna, a longtime supporter and friend of the Philharmonic. Featured artists include organist Mark Laubach and the Marywood University Concert Choir under choral director Rick Hoffenberg, joined by rising-star vocalists Jessica Leigh, Inayah Raheem, Dylon Crain, and Metropolitan Opera Lindemann Artist Sunghoon Han.
