Three Hammers Winery invites you to participate in a “Charcuter-Tree” Workshop at the winery on Saturday November 9, 2024 from 11AM-1PM and a second session from 2:30-4-30PM. This interactive activity will teach you the basics of building a savory culinary masterpiece with artistic flare in celebration of the upcoming holiday season. You will dazzle your guests and excite their taste buds with your beautiful display of fine meats, cheeses and other specialty foods. You will also learn the secrets to pairing the perfect wines with the endless possibilities of fine food choices for your display; making your creation the focal point of your holiday tables and the talk of the town for years to come!

The cost of this workshop is $75/pp and includes all supplies, cheeses, meats, and other accompaniments for building your tree and a complimentary glass of wine. Please register in advance as space is limited.
