Everhart Uncorked returns to Constantino’s Catering in Clarks Summit, PA on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 6:00 to 10:00 PM. This third annual celebration explores a renowned wine region through curated food-and-wine pairings guided by an expert sommelier and Larry Nicolais, Jr. of Constantino’s.
Guests will enjoy seven wine pairings set to a backdrop of fine music and art, plus an auction featuring priceless items and one-of-a-kind experiences.
The evening includes a cocktail hour with three appetizer stations and pairings, a three-course served dinner with pairings, the Everhart Uncorked auction, and a dessert grazing station with a final pairing, coffee service, and cordials.
Tickets: $200 Everhart members; $230 nonmembers (includes an Individual Membership); $445 for two tickets (includes a Family Membership).
