Free Women’s Self-Defense Course | Northeastern Jujitsu Martial Arts Academy, Swoyersville, PA

Build confidence and learn essential self-protection skills at a free 6-week Women’s Self-Defense Course, held every Sunday from July 6 through August 10, 2025, at Northeastern Jujitsu Martial Arts Academy, 1047 Main St, Swoyersville, PA.

This weekly class runs from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and is designed for women of all experience levels. Taught in a supportive environment, participants will learn practical techniques to increase awareness, empowerment, and safety.
