The Moon is an influencer, reflecting the different phases and stages of life and representing aspects of ourselves. It reminds us that we are one with nature, the cosmos and each other, dancing in this life together. If we pay attention to this dance, we can learn how to flow with more grace and ease as opposed to bumping up against the tide we’re meant to ride. This can make things seem much harder then they need to be. Let’s come together to create more harmony, relieving unnecessary pain, discomfort or dis-ease.
You will start with a 20 min coherent breathing technique to help balance your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, aiding you into a deeper state of relaxation. You will be held in a loving and safe container. You can “Just Be” and “Receive”.
For the remainder of the meditation, Melanie will go around, tuning into your energy and gently applying “healing touch energy work” (hands on or off) where intuitively guided. She may also use crystals, stones, blessed water etc…placed on or near you during the rest of your mediation. An intuitive selection of music that soothes and awakens the soul will be playing in the background to accompany you.
At the end, you will have some time for sharing (optional) and receive an oracle card message for additional guidance.
Melanie is very considerate of your comfort on all levels and creates a safe and supportive clear space.

In preparation for meditation:
To get the most out of your experience, it is highly recommended to avoid caffeine at least 5 hours prior to meditation. None that day if you can without having to go through withdrawal. Eat light and hydrate. Avoid a big meal after 2:30pm.
