Galentine’s Tapas & Wine Tasting in the Pavilion takes place at The Beaumont Inn in Dallas on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM. This festive evening is designed for friends to gather and enjoy a curated tasting experience centered on small plates and thoughtfully paired wines.
The event features seven one-bite dishes, each paired with a complementary wine. Menu highlights include whipped ricotta crostini, shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon and cucumber, mushroom parmesan arancini, chicken confit, beef tenderloin skewers, and a frangelico dark chocolate truffle to finish the tasting.
