Genealogy Club – 1st Wednesday of Each Month

Valley Community Library, Peckville | Monthly on First Wednesdays

The Genealogy Club at Valley Community Library in Peckville meets on the first Wednesday of each month and welcomes all levels of experience, from beginners to seasoned researchers. This group offers a collaborative and supportive environment where members can explore various types of records, troubleshoot research challenges, and share interesting discoveries. Whether attendees are just starting their family trees or digging deep into ancestral archives, they’ll find community and insight at each session.

Participants are encouraged to bring any relevant family records or tech devices to assist with digital searches during the meeting. The club has become a valued tradition at the library, offering both educational value and a sense of shared purpose among local genealogy enthusiasts.

Now celebrating 40 years of service, Valley Community Library proudly continues to be a resource for lifelong learning and community connection in the Valley since 1985.
