September 14 through October 13th at Galen Glen Winery, artist Lori Remmel is thrilled to be able to show you three different art series. Her main goal is to create art using discard and trash, in whatever ways she can dream up. (The paper used in her en plein air paintings was made using her junk mail!) Her goal in art action, homesteading, and education is to create a circular dynamic, where the discard from one process is useful somewhere else, so that nothing goes to waste. She tried to merge her love of working in the natural world with her love of visual art whenever possible, and her art action is a constant evolution.
