The Bloomsburg Children’s Museum will host Grossology Lab: Brain Dissection on Saturday, October 25, 2025, with two sessions available at 10:00 AM and 11:15 AM. Presented by the Commonwealth University Bloomsburg Biology Club, this hands-on science program is timed perfectly for Halloween.
Participants will spend an hour exploring anatomy through a guided dissection of a brain—zombie-themed for fun or a sheep brain for scientific accuracy. Students will learn about brain structure, function, and the incredible complexity of the nervous system in an engaging, age-appropriate way.
Space is limited and registration is required in advance. The program is recommended for ages 6 and up, making it a unique opportunity for curious young scientists to experience biology in action.
