Join the West Pittston Library for a carnival-themed Halloween Fundraiser on October 26th! They will have raffle items, a 50/50, games, a photo booth, picnic style food and adult beverages. Costumes are not required but are encouraged to enter their contest for Best Pair and Most Original costume. Vote for your favorite pet costume photo as well!
