Harvest Festival at Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm

October 11–12 | Stroudsburg, PA

Step back in time at the annual Harvest Festival at Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm, where history comes to life through immersive demonstrations and hands-on experiences. Taking place October 11 and 12, this family-friendly event showcases a wide variety of 1800s-era heritage crafts and trades. Watch artisans demonstrate candle dipping, scrapple making, spinning, weaving, tanning, leatherworking, and more. Enjoy traditional food preparation techniques and learn how early settlers processed ingredients by hand.

Guests can visit a one-room schoolhouse reenactment, explore a Civil War encampment, and take part in old-fashioned children’s games and activities. Folk musicians and storytellers will provide lively entertainment throughout the day, while wagon rides offer a scenic way to explore the farm. Don’t forget to enter the quilt raffle or enjoy seasonal refreshments during your visit.

Admission is $18 adults and $10 for children ages 3-12. The Harvest Festival offers a unique opportunity to celebrate Pennsylvania’s agricultural and cultural heritage in a fun, educational setting.
