Holiday Week Pop-Up Yoga at Tree of Life Shoppe in Ringtown takes place on Monday, December 22 at 6:30 PM, offering a special evening class to unwind during the busy season. Because the holidays fall on Wednesdays this year, these final Tree of Life Shoppe yoga classes of 2025 have shifted to Mondays to give more people a chance to attend.
Each session features a unique theme: December 22 is “Not Your Grandma’s Christmas Music,” and December 29 is “New Year: Reflecting Back, Looking Forward.” Both classes provide a welcoming space to move, breathe, and reset before and after the holiday rush.
Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat and a drink, and to arrive about 10 minutes early to sign in and set up their space at Tree of Life Shoppe, 392 West Apple Street, Suite 3, Ringtown, PA. Pre-registration is recommended to guarantee a spot in person for $10 at https://calendly.com/lisamoyoga/tolyoga; the drop-in rate is $14 at the door, if space permits.
For those who prefer to practice from home, a Zoom option is available for $10 at https://calendly.com/lisamoyoga/tolzoom. Registrants will receive Zoom details by email, and online registration closes one hour before class begins.
