Celebrate the season by mastering a festive dessert classic at the Holiday Yule Log Cake Making Class at Main Street Makery in Stroudsburg. Choose from two class dates — Friday, December 19, or Monday, December 22, 2025 — both beginning at 6:00 PM.
In this hands-on baking workshop, participants will create a moist chocolate cake roll filled with fluffy white cream and beautifully decorated with holiday flair. Instructors will demonstrate expert techniques for baking, rolling, and filling the cake to achieve a picture-perfect presentation every time.
The Yule Log Cake, a beloved Christmas tradition, makes a stunning centerpiece for any holiday table. It can be served fresh or frozen for your upcoming gatherings. All supplies are included, and each guest will take home their finished dessert to share — or savor.
