Hotel of Horror & Altered Nightmares returns to the over 200-year-old Lake House Hotel in Saylorsburg on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from September 27 through November 1, 2025. These two indoor, walk-through haunted house attractions feature live actors, immersive sets, and paranormal-themed thrills throughout the historic resort.
Both attractions are housed inside the same building with distinct themes: Hotel of Horror explores the sinister subconscious that stains the hotel’s skeletal frame, while Altered Nightmares unleashes chaotic visions that intensify with every room. Together they create a story-rich, high-intensity experience for guests who crave theatrical scares.
The attractions run rain or shine and offer a covered wait line and free parking. Guests should plan to arrive early; start times may vary by night.
