Peaceful Potter in Wilkes-Barre, PA, presents Intermediate Pottery for Adults, a skill-building course for students with prior wheel-throwing experience. Classes will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on August 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, and 23, 2025.

This course focuses on advancing foundational pottery techniques with an emphasis on working with varied clay weights, adding handles and spouts, refining shapes, and trimming thrown pieces. It is ideal for students who have completed an Intro to Pottery class or have equivalent experience and can confidently throw a 4-inch cylinder.

The class fee includes all stoneware clay, glazing materials, and kiln firing for up to 10 finished pieces made during the course.
