Handwork projects seem to be fading into the past as much of our life turns digital. However, giving kids the opportunity to learn to do things with their hands, such as crocheting can boost penmanship, develop fine motor skills, increase hand-eye coordination and creativity, and learn how to envision a project and see it through to completion. In this beginner class, kids will learn to make a slip knot, make a foundation chain, stitch a row of single crochets, and turn their work to begin again. **Must provide your own metal crochet hook in size H/8/5mm or I/9/5.5mm
