Celebrate winter and break out of the post-holiday slump with the Lackawanna Historical Society’s “January Blues” party! Join the Lackawanna Historical Society at the Catlin House, 232 Monroe Avenue, Scranton, on Thursday evening, January 16 from 6-8pm for a new, family-friendly event to celebrate community spirit with a dash of local history.

Explore the Catlin House to complete our scavenger hunt, or vote for your favorite mocktail provided by local bars and restaurants. (Guest can also enjoy more “spirited” options at our second-floor speakeasy!) Admission is free, but there will be a fee to vote in the mocktail contest, with proceeds split between the Society and the winning bartender. Come enjoy a fun evening in a beautiful historic house and shake your “January Blues!”
