Lehigh River Escape: Raft, Kayak, and Stay starts in Jim Thorpe on select dates—May 24–25, July 26–27, and September 6–7, 2026—each beginning at 10:00 AM, pairing two days on the Lehigh River with an overnight stay at The Inn at Jim Thorpe.
Day one features a 14-mile dam-release rafting trip through Lehigh Gorge State Park with Class III whitewater and a boxed lunch stop along the river. After the trip, guests walk into downtown Jim Thorpe for their overnight stay.
Day two includes breakfast at the Inn, then an 8-mile inflatable kayaking trip on the Family Style section with Class II rapids and a riverside hot dog BBQ lunch. The adventure wraps with a shuttle back to Pocono Whitewater, plus a bonfire and time to relax at the Broken Paddle Bar & Grille.
Individual – $350 (ages 13 & up)
Single supplement – $115 additional for those traveling solo
