Children ages 3 to 7 are encouraged to compete to be the new Little Miss and Mister Pittston Leprechaun. They will be asked a few questions about leprechauns and Saint Patrick’s Parades. All children will receive a gift for entering. Winners will ride in the lead division of the 12th Annual Pittston City St. Patrick’s Parade on March 1.
