Celebrate the season with My Grownup + Me Festive Holiday Yoga at Peace of Mind Yoga in Sugarloaf on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Led by Yoga Flow with Lisa Mo, this class invites children ages 4–8 and their grownups to connect through yoga, stories, and joyful movement.

Enjoy festive music, mindfulness activities, and a shared yoga practice designed to inspire togetherness and fun. Bring a mat if possible; a few will be available to borrow. Comfortable clothing and early arrival are encouraged.
