The NEPA (Northeast Pennsylvania) Jazz Project  consists of a rotating group of professional musicians in our area.  The percussionist and founder Jacob Cole remains the same, but from time to time you’ll see different bass players such as Jon Ventre and Joe Cole (Jacob’s father) and various string musicians on melody, such as Mark Woodyatt (violin) Vince Maroone (guitar) or even Nick Drisocss on wind.

These guys play funky jazz standards as well as take your favorite tunes and make them Jazzy. The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Steeley Dan, The Grateful Dead and more. Depending on who’s on the gig, the songs will vary.
