NEPA’s Day Downtown | Public Square, Wilkes-Barre, PA

NEPA’s largest community celebration returns with the Day Downtown Fundraising Festival on Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Public Square in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This all-day event features something for everyone and supports CASA of Wyoming Valley, which provides advocacy for children facing abuse and neglect.

Highlights include:

• 5K/Fun Run
• 50+ food and craft vendors
• Kids Carnival Corner with face painting, games, cotton candy, balloon art, and a mini petting zoo
• Games of chance for adults
• Raffles, bake sale, scavenger hunt, and street performers
• Eight hours of live entertainment by local performers, bands, and theater groups
• All proceeds benefit CASA of Wyoming Valley.
