Railroad Earth – 25th Anniversary Tour | F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts, Wilkes-Barre

Thursday, April 23, 2026 | 8:00 PM

Railroad Earth’s 25th Anniversary Tour at the F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts in Wilkes-Barre takes the stage on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 8:00 PM. Fans can expect an evening of adventurous, improvisation-filled music that showcases the band’s unique blend of bluegrass, rock, folk and Americana.

For more than two decades, Railroad Earth has built a devoted following through gleefully unpredictable live performances and thoughtful, finely crafted songs. Since first introducing their signature sound on 2001’s The Black Bear Sessions, the band has gone on to sell out iconic venues like Red Rocks Amphitheatre and help launch festivals such as Hangtown Music Festival and Hillberry: The Harvest Moon Festival.

Their creative reach extends beyond the stage, including a special collaboration with the John Denver Estate on Railroad Earth: The John Denver Letters, setting previously unused John Denver lyrics to music. Critical praise from outlets such as Rolling Stone, American Songwriter, Glide Magazine and NPR has highlighted the band’s rich storytelling and exploratory musicianship.

This 25th Anniversary Tour stop at the F.M. Kirby Center offers both longtime fans and new listeners a chance to experience Railroad Earth’s dynamic live show in an intimate, historic theater setting.
