Reception for Fairy Tales | The Exchange, Bloomsburg

The Exchange in Bloomsburg will host a reception for its newest exhibition, Fairy Tales, on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The event is part of Downtown Bloomsburg Inc.’s First Friday celebration.
The Fairy Tales exhibition explores the enduring power of folklore across cultures and generations. These timeless stories, while often told in simple forms, address complex themes such as morality, human struggles, and societal expectations. Many works incorporate elements of magic and enchantment, continuing to inspire modern adaptations in literature, theater, and film.
The Exchange invited artists of all ages and experience levels to share their interpretations of fairy tales through both 2D and 3D visual art. Pieces of all media were accepted, up to the size of the gallery’s front door.
The exhibition runs from Tuesday, February 17, through Friday, March 20, 2026, offering visitors multiple opportunities to view the imaginative and diverse works before or after the reception.
