🧘Class size is limited to 12 participants, so registration via Calendly is recommended to guarantee your spot in class.
Registration fee is non-refundable. Treat your registration like a movie or concert ticket. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a friend by contacting lisa.molendini@gmail.com a minimum of 3 hours prior to class time.
🚶Walk-ins can only be accommodated on a FCFS basis, IF class is not already full with registered participants. Doors open at 5 pm.
⏱Class will be 75 minutes in length.
😌 Restorative yoga is a completely different experience than most other styles of yoga. Together you will be guided through a series of grounded postures where the body is completely supported by props (bolsters, blocks, etc.) that are held for a longer duration, allowing the body to open through passive stretching.
✨While these poses are held, Lisa will circulate throughout the room to share Reiki energy with each participant. Reiki is a Japanese method of working with the universal life-force energy within us all. It can help promote relaxation while reducing stress and anxiety by guiding energy throughout the body to promote the recipient’s self-healing abilities.
When the body enters a state of relaxation the mind can also consciously relax as tension is released from both body and mind.
🎒What to bring:
A bolster and blocks if you have them (if borrowing a studio bolster, you may wish to bring a pillowcase), yoga mat, water, anything you’d like to get cozy on the floor (your favorite blanket, eye pillow, etc.)
