RePurposed Fashion Show | Everhart Museum, Scranton

Friday, December 12, 2025 | starting at 6:00 PM

The RePurposed Fashion Show at the Everhart Museum in Scranton takes place on Friday, December 12, 2025, starting at 6:00 PM, blending sustainability, style, and community support into one memorable evening. This collaborative fundraiser from the City of Scranton, Lackawanna County, and the Everhart Museum benefits Swap Scranton and Friends of The Poor & Catherine McAuley Center, two local organizations focused on sharing resources.

Models will walk the runway in unique designs by local artists featuring repurposed and upcycled clothing, along with looks styled from past Swap Scranton finds. In the Main Gallery, guests can also view recycled cardboard and material artworks created by regional artists, extending the theme of creative reuse beyond the runway.

Drinks and appetizers begin at 6:00 PM, followed by the fashion show at 7:30 PM. A $75 ticket includes two drinks (beer, wine, or a special featured beverage) and light fare catered by Cooper’s Seafood House. Proceeds from the evening directly support Swap Scranton and Friends of The Poor & Catherine McAuley Center, helping strengthen the local community through shared resources and support.
