The Schuylkill River Sojourn returns June 14–20, 2025, offering a legendary 112-mile journey by kayak and canoe that begins in Schuylkill Haven and ends in Philadelphia at iconic Boathouse Row. This fully guided seven-day trip follows the Schuylkill River from its headwaters to where it meets the Delaware, providing an unforgettable paddling experience through southeastern Pennsylvania.

Participants enjoy daily meals, overnight camping, gear transport, and shuttle service, making the Sojourn as logistically smooth as it is scenic. Since its founding as a fundraiser for the Schuylkill Greenways Association, the event has grown into a nationally recognized paddling experience, attracting outdoor enthusiasts from across the country to discover the history, ecology, and beauty of the Schuylkill River Trail.
