Learn how switching to plastic-free can save you money, why so much of our trash doesn’t get recycled, how your organization can turn plastic film into a free bench, and more!

Each month, the Pike/Wayne Conservation Partnership will host a speaker on a different science topic at a local brewery or restaurant for an informal public presentation and discussion.

July’s topic is 400 Million Tons- That’s how much plastic waste we produce each year, according to the United Nations! This program will feature Sarah Corcoran, Deputy Director at Sierra Club Pennsylvania Chapter.

This is a free-to-attend discussion, no registration necessary. All are welcome to purchase food and drinks from the venue individually.
