Step aboard the Scranton Limited for a 30-minute train ride offered by Steamtown National Historic Site in Scranton. Operating Fridays through Sundays beginning June 6, 2025, this family-friendly excursion departs four times daily at 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:15 PM and 2:30 PM.
The ride travels through Steamtown’s active rail yard and past the iconic Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel, a former passenger terminal turned architectural landmark. Guests will enjoy views of downtown Scranton and a brief stop near the University of Scranton before returning to the departure point.
Tickets are available at the Visitor Center on the day of the ride, pending availability. Admission to the park is free and separate from train fare. Tickets are $6 for ages 6 and up, and $1 for ages 0–5.
