This whimsical stage adaptation of Louis Sachar’s beloved children’s book follows five students searching for a new teacher after vanquishing their evil, magical one. Enter Mrs. Jewls—a delightfully normal teacher (finally!)—but don’t get too comfortable. At Wayside, the unexpected is always just around the corner.

The run kicks off with Low Price Previews on Thursday, July 10 and Friday, July 11 at 7:30 PM. A Sensory-Friendly Performance will be held on Saturday, July 12 at 2 PM, designed for audiences who benefit from a more relaxed theatrical environment.
