The day begins with check-in at Pocono Whitewater before heading to Pocono Biking for a TREK bicycle fitting. Participants then ride 23 miles along the D&L Trail through Lehigh Gorge, creating plenty of time for conversation and shared scenery.

After the ride, the group refuels with a sub lunch along the Lehigh River in Jim Thorpe, followed by a scenic hike in Lehigh Gorge State Park to a panoramic overlook. The grand finale is an 8-mile whitewater rafting trip on the Lehigh River, guided by experienced staff as the group takes on rapids and passes historic river features.

The day wraps back at the Adventure Center with dinner, a bonfire, and a complimentary first beer or soda, offering a relaxed way to mingle, swap stories, and celebrate a full day outdoors.
