Participants will join PEEC staff for a guided, family-friendly hike to the Two Saps Sugar Shack to learn how sap is collected and turned into maple syrup. Along the way, the program highlights the seasonal signs of early spring and the natural process that makes syrup-making possible.
The morning wraps up with a fresh, hot pancake breakfast, making this outing part outdoor adventure and part delicious reward. Cost is $15 per person.
