The Carbondale Arts Alliance will host the Inaugural Carbondalien Festival. The festival will commemorate Carbondale’s unique UFO past and celebrate their contribution to UFO culture and pay tribute to the curious happenings of November 9th, 1974.

This is an Extraterrestrial Festival 50 years in the making! The festival will showcase Out of this World Vendors, Great Food, Wine Beer and Spirits, Live Music, Art, Photo Ops with The Garrison Carida, and an Immersive Theatrical “Russell Park” Experience, at the 1974 Crash Site.
