With a career spanning more than four decades, Jazz, Blues, and Gospel guitarist and composer Stew Cutler has built a reputation as both a prolific bandleader and a sought-after sideman. His discography includes numerous solo releases, and his playing reflects a deep journey through American music history.
Cutler has performed alongside legends including Percy Sledge, Wilson Pickett, Fontella Bass, and Earl King, as well as Jazz greats such as David Sanborn, Bill Frisell, and Lester Bowie. His wide-ranging collaborations—from Meatloaf to Charlie Hunter—demonstrate his versatility and artistry.
