The Shawnee Playhouse presents Cats, running from June 14 through July 6, 2025, with a variety of matinee and evening performances. Directed and choreographed by Broadway alumna Naomi Naughton, this production features a cast of seasoned performers from across the Poconos, including sixteen rotating Grizabellas.

Inspired by T.S. Eliot’s whimsical poetry and set to music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, Cats follows the Jellicle Cats on a moonlit night as they gather for the Jellicle Ball and await the choice of who will ascend to the mystical Heaviside Layer. With show-stopping dance numbers, iconic songs like “Memory,” and dynamic staging, this is a production not to miss.
