The City of Wilkes-Barre, the Downtown Wilkes-Barre Business Association, and Diamond City Partnership will host Halloween Trick or Treating on Public Square and surrounding downtown streets on Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Families are invited to bring their children downtown for a safe and festive afternoon of trick-or-treating. Local businesses and organizations will distribute candy on Public Square or in front of their storefronts, many of which will be decorated for the occasion.

This free community event offers a fun way to celebrate Halloween while supporting local businesses and enjoying the lively atmosphere of downtown Wilkes-Barre.
