You’ll start at 10AM with a guided warm-up session, getting your muscles prepped for the main event: a 1.3 mile walk around the scenic lake trail. This beautiful route takes you through the heart of the maple farm, offering crisp fall air and peaceful views of the water and surrounding nature. You’ll walk the lake trail once, making it the perfect low-impact workout for all fitness levels.
