During this soothing sound bath, harmonious vibrations are used to quiet the mind, ease physical tension and create space for reflection and presence. The experience is designed to support both body and spirit, helping guests leave feeling more centered, calm and open-hearted.

This event is open to all and can be attended with a $45 fee, a donation in the spirit of the season, or by using an existing class pack or membership at Yoga House.
