Winter Solstice Sound Bath at Yoga House Stroudsburg takes place on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at 6:00 PM and invites participants to honor the turning of the season with a deeply restorative experience. As the light shifts and the natural world enters a new cycle, this gathering offers time to pause, soften and reconnect with your own inner rhythm.
Guests will be guided into gentle stillness while waves of sound from singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other harmonic instruments move through the body. These soothing frequencies are intended to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and create space for reflection, release and renewal.
The Solstice marks a powerful threshold, a moment of both ending and beginning. This sound bath offers an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves, reconnect with your inner light and set clear intentions for the season ahead.
Participants are invited to come rest and recalibrate, allowing the resonance of sound to open a deeper sense of clarity, balance and peace. All are welcome—no prior experience is needed. Simply bring comfortable clothing and a willingness to receive.
